This printed handbill, addressed to the 'Citizens of Bath' and signed 'A Citizen' [of Bath] was probably produced for the Bath election of 1826. It includes a vitriolic attack against the Earl of Brecknock, the challenger to Charles Palmer, who is presented as an 'outsider' to the 'polite City of Bath'.
