Creamware mug, enamelled with floral sprigs, thought to be associated with John Wilkes's electioneering for Middlesex in 1769. The mug has the inscription: 'Let not Liberty be sold / For silver nor Gold / Your Votes freely give / To the brave & the Bold'.
